Early Learning in ESEA Reauthorization
Improved education outcomes start with early learning for children up to the age of kindergarten entry. Early learning narrows the achievement gap, increases school readiness, and builds a solid foundation for success in college, career, and life. current status of early learning in ESEA, which mentions early childhood education 85 times, and further recognize early childhood education as a key building block for achieving our nation’s college- and career-readiness goals.
