Rep. Renee Ellmers (R-NC) and Rep. Lois Capps (D-CA) (members of the Energy & Commerce Committee) are spearheading a letter to House Leadership to urge their support to authorize the Maternal, Infant and Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV) program on “doc-fix” legislation. They are urging members of the Energy and Commerce and the Ways and Means Committees to sign on the letter. We would appreciate any outreach you and your networks can provide to urge targeted members to sign the bipartisan letter as a means of demonstrating the depth of support on the relevant congressional committees for MIECHV.
The deadline for Members to sign on to the letter is this Thursday, March 5th.
