119th Congress – Legislative Tracker

To better track congressional efforts to improve early learning and care opportunities, FFYF compiled the following 119th Congress legislative tracker to summarize ongoing legislation on these issues introduced in the 119th Congress.

Specifically, bills were identified by reviewing the bills classified in the “child care and development” and “preschool education” legislative subjects, as well as the results of searches using the following key words: child care, early childhood education, head start, home visiting, and pre-k.
