August recess is an important time when federal lawmakers are back home in their district, looking to  connect directly with constituents.

First Five Years Fund has recently created a toolkit for Members of Congress to share important child care and early learning data, suggest ways to connect with constituents, and how to best highlight solutions. This month is the perfect opportunity for lawmakers to hear firsthand the challenges faced by families, providers, and local businesses.
