This month, Congress is kicking off the annual Fiscal Year 2027 Appropriations process, which will ultimately determine how much funding child care and early learning programs receive for the year ahead, with a direct impact on hard-working families with young children. 

Programs like Early Head Start/Head Start, the Child Care Development Block Grant (CCDBG), and Preschool Development Grants Birth through Five (PDG B-5) help parents find and afford quality care and early learning for their young children.
